My Story Part 18/20: Lighting Up The Darkness!! :)

Hey everyone, here is Part 18 of my story!!!! :)

In the last part, I talked about how I have been facing my fears of being open and vulnerable and how sharing my story through this series has challenged me to be my most real, open, and vulnerable self. In this part, I am going to be talking about how doing that has gotten me to shine a light into the darkness in my mind, and how my life has changed through feeling empowered to do that!!

I have really been exploring the depths of my soul throughout this series, and as I have talked about, a lot of that has been a very challenging and painful experience for me. As hard as it has been though, it has also been an incredibly liberating and beautiful experience for me in a lot of ways, as I have felt myself shine my inner light into the darkest corners of my mind and illuminate the parts of me that had been neglected for a very long time. I have felt myself becoming more whole again through this process, piece by piece!!

I still have a long way to go in my journey to heal and become my best self, and that is something I accept. And it’s okay, because I know I have the power I need inside of me, and I know I’ll be able to use it to get to where I need to be in my life. It’ll be hard sometimes, but if I can overcome my fears of sharing myself with the world through this story, then I feel I can overcome anything!! I’ve seen how beautiful life can be, and how much power there is in all of us!! :)

So I’m excited to go forward and see what else life has to offer me. I have a feeling it’s gonna be pretty awesome. I’ve been through a lot so far, and I think my journey is just beginning. It’s gonna be pretty great. I’m most excited to share it with all of you!! Together, we can do anything. The world can be a pretty dark place, but I believe that together we can light up the darkness!!!! 🤗
