My Story Part 11/20: My Path Forward

Here is Part 11 of my story!! :)

Hey all, here is Part 11 of my story!!!! :)

In the last part, I talked about my journey to heal and grow from my inner pain, and how I learned to find my place in the world and love myself fully and completely. In this part I am going to begin to explore what my path forward from there has looked like, as well as where I see it going from here!! So let’s get right into it :)

When I made the commitment to love myself fully and completely no matter what, I realized that no matter what life throws at me, I would always be able to keep moving forward as long as I kept my sense of self and treated myself with kindness and compassion. Having this newfound sense of self-love brought me so much peace and comfort, and I wanted to find a way to share that with everyone else. At this point I was also entering my junior year of college, and I knew since I would be graduating in just a couple of years I needed to figure out what I wanted to do after that.

I knew I needed to find some way of building a career around my passion for helping others be their happiest and healthiest selves. At that point I had been running the Be The Change Club at my college for a few years with much success, so I started thinking about what I could do to do something like this beyond when I finished school. And I felt a calling, deep within my soul, to start this up and do this kind of work. But there was also a voice inside my head that was not so confident in what I could do. This one was trying to discourage me and put me down.

I chose to listen to my inner voice though, the one that told me to step up and use my inner gifts to live my best life and help others do the same. This is how The Best Feeling Ever Movement was born!! I started this as a commitment to use the power of love and empathy to bring people together and help everyone live their best, happiest, and healthiest lives!! It has been an awesome journey so far, and it’s just beginning!! :)
