COVID-19 Fundraiser Stream THIS WEEKEND!!!! :)

Hey everyone!!

I hope that you all had a really awesome week!! As you all know by now, we have a really exciting weekend coming up for us... this weekend is our FIRST-EVER COVID-19 Relief Fundraiser stream, in support of Doctors Without Borders!! We have been planning this event for quite awhile now, and we are really really excited to see it all finally coming together! So now, here's a rundown of everything we have coming up this weekend, and how you can get involved! Please look this over so you know what we have going on, and get hyped for an awesome weekend!! :)

We will be streaming LIVE on both Saturday, October 10th and Sunday, October 11th, from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM each night!! The stream will be broadcast on both our YouTube page and our Facebook page, so feel free to tune in whichever place works best for you. We will post the links to view the stream on all our social media shortly before the event! Here is our schedule for this weekend:

Saturday, October 10th:

7:00 PM: Opening Ceremony

7:15 PM: Talent Show Stream

8:15 PM: Challenge Stream

9:15 PM: Yoga & Meditation Stream

Sunday, October 11th:

7:00 PM: Motivational Speaking Stream

8:00 PM: Gaming Stream

9:00 PM: Poetry & Storytelling Stream

9:45 PM: Closing Ceremony

Lots of great stuff coming up on both nights! For all six segments plus our Opening and Closing Ceremonies, we will have several different streamers hopping on to to do some acts, engage with the audience, and have lots of fun while raising money for a great cause! And of course, YOU can be one of those streamers if you would like to be! We are keeping submissions OPEN right up until the very end of the event, and you can easily sign up using this form:

Please feel free to sign up for as many of those segments as you would like!! When you come on to perform, you can either join our live Zoom call that will be broadcasted over the Livestream, or if you would prefer, you can just submit a pre-recorded video to us at your convenience, and we will play that over the Livestream! Of course, if you don't want to participate in any specific segments but you still want to join us live on the Zoom call, you are more than welcome to do so, please just reach out and let us know and we'll be happy to have you!! :)

Of course, the purpose of all of this is to raise money for Doctors Without Borders! Doctors Without Borders is an organization that has a mission of sending doctors and medical resources to parts of the world that are under-resourced and under-funded... as you can imagine, these are the countries that are struggling the most with battling the COVID-19 pandemic! Our fundraising goal is $400, and I'm very happy to announce that as of the writing of this post, we are already almost halfway to that goal!! I think we can make it, and possibly even exceed it, by the end of our event!! We are so excited. And remember, there are PRIZES up for grabs!! EVERYONE who donates any amount of money to our Fundraiser will be entered into a raffle to win a FREE Best Feeling Ever T-Shirt!! That's not all, whoever donates the MOST money before the start of the event will win an exclusive Best Feeling Ever prize-pack with some cool goodies!! The winner of the Prize Pack will be announced during our Opening Ceremony, and the T-Shirt raffle will be drawn during our Closing Ceremony!! That's about it for our run-down of this event! We are so excited, and of course, this will be the first of many such events like these, so we can't wait to kick off our fundraising efforts in a really exciting way! Before wrapping up this post, I would like to talk briefly about the joy and excitement of feeling a project like this come together after working hard on it for so long. It truly is a great feeling, and definitely a super-exciting one! So I just want to say to you all, if there is something that you are working on that you are looking forward to seeing come together, or if you are in the process of seeing that... keep going!! Stick with it even when it gets challenging, because you will be surely be rewarded when it's all completed. It's going to be quite the amazing feeling seeing what you have worked on for so long finally come together!! You got this, so keep up the great work!!
